Where do you ship?

Currently, due to regulations, we are only shipping within the United States and APO/FPO addresses. Different countries have different regulations when it comes to labeling and what can and cannot be used in health, beauty and hygiene products. It's going to take some time to make sure we are in compliance with those things.

If you are outside the US and would like us to look into your country being added to our "ship to" options, please send us a message and let us know where you are from! Then sign up for our email updates and join our Facebook Page so you can be updated as new countries are added. We look forward to shipping to you soon!

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the items and the location being shipped to. You will see this calculation on the checkout page before you hit submit. 

Orders over $75 (after discounts) ship free. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns? Do you exchange items? 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order or a product, please reach out so we can discuss options pertaining to your particular need. We want you to be happy in the end and recommend us to your family and friends so we will do our best to help you.

Our soap is hand mixed, hand poured, and hand cut. That means each bar will have its own unique swirl and weight will differ slightly. Also, as soaps cure, they lose excess water that was necessary during the making and saponification process. What does this mean? A harder, longer-lasting bar of soap for you!

ARE HANDMADE SOAPS BETTER?

Typically. As long as they are formulated properly so they are safe (most makers really work on their formulation) handmade soap is generally better than any of the big brands. Big brand soaps tend to have detergents in their formula and they remove any of the natural glycerin. Glycerin is a natural by-product of the soap-making process and a humectant, meaning it pulls moisture to itself and your skin so you won't feel your skin is drying out!

Bar soap needs some TLC too or else it's life will be way too short!

Allow your bar to air dry by placing it on a soap dish where any water can drip and run off. If bar soap is allowed to sit in a puddle, over time your bar will become soft and mushy. Nobody likes a soft and mushy bar of soap!
